Ms. Andrekson did a manuscript evaluation for me on a juvenile/young adult manuscript that was approximately 69,000 words.
I found her evaluation to be extremely helpful. It was done in a positive and respectful voice, and offered some very valuable suggestions. Her comments were succinct and to the point, offering me alternatives that proved to be instrumental in improving the quality of my writing. She made some suggestions about character stereotyping, about 'show me, don't tell me', as well as some of my plot development that was awkward. I worked with her suggestions completely and now have a manuscript that has definitely improved.
